If your Junior School daughter is mad on animals, wildlife and environmental issues, the Kiwi Conservation Club is one they should know about. They have a great magazine for kids that is not costly, and they run some fabulous trips around Wellington for families, to places such as Mana Island, and doing things like counting crabs in mudflats.
